Offering seclusion and stunning views, the barn is a luxurious retreat for a couple wanting to get away from city life and immerse themselves in the Italian countryside.

Recently restored to the highest standard, the barn is spacious and tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques, Italian design and original works of art. In keeping with local tradition, it has exposed chestnut beams and antique terracotta tiles.

The main entrance opens up onto a large sitting room with a light and airy kitchen/dining area. To the left of the living space, there is a spectacular double shower carved out of a single piece of travertine. A stone staircase leads up to the double bedroom with an antique wardrobe and bed linen by Busatti. Leading off from the kitchen, the private outdoor dining area is shaded by a wisteria pergola.  It is the perfect spot for lunches, cocktails or evening meals al fresco.

A gentle stroll down a lavender path leads to the large pool overlooking the Tuscan/Umbrian countryside. This spectacular view includes the hill top towns of Monterchi and Monte Santa Maria Tiberina.
